About Mark
The primary responsibility of a lighting designer is to give clients the look that they want and do so within the budget parameters. Subsequent to this primary responsibility are many other aspects of broadcast, theater, and special event production. Aspects like structural capabilities, electrical availability, security, transportation, labor, equipment availability, aesthetics, interpersonal and communication skills all play a vital role in a successful production.
On Your Mark Lighting Design and Equipment owner Mark R. Peach started his lighting career in 1981. During this time, Mark worked 5 years with Baltimore Stage Lighting; 10 years on various feature films; 5 years with the World Wrestling Federation; 14 years with network broadcasting companies; two years as an international lighting trainer and lecturer; and a world tour with Michael Jackson. After 30 years in the lighting industry, he decided it was time to start his own company.
This vast portfolio of experience and knowledge is what On Your Mark Lighting Design and Equipment has to offer each of its clients. No design or rental is too challenging. With On Your Mark you will receive professional designs with dependable equipment in a timely and affordable fashion.

Mark, thanks so much for providing gear for our annual fundraiser. Everything was in great order and the lights MADE the event. Without you, it wouldn’t have been the success it was. Thank you!

The result – a million times better! I was in the edit suite with Bob all day and we kept remarking on what a great job you had done. Thanks so much. I’m so glad we had you come!
Brilliant, flawless work –
Together, you captured an incredible moment in time – not just for ABC’s audience, not just for the pool, not just for the world, but for history.
Thank you, thank you for the exceptional effort.
